The shaking of its freezing upper half is what generates its electricity. It has a hard time walking.
OT: Steve Palchuk Given by C. Liss (level 10) Type: Egg Group: N/A Egg Cycle: 35 Cycles
Level: 100 Held Item: N/A Ability: Volt Absorb Nature & Characteristic: Quiet / Very Finicky Notable Features: Dirt is ingrained on the surface of its Pokéball, leaving it permanently grubby
After encountering a mysterious woman during a heist at the Pewter Museum, Team Rocket were given a bunch of rare fossil Pokémon as part of a deal to keep quiet. They were later given out to participating team members as "rewards" for their efforts.
Snotball doesn't feel like much of a reward. All the fossil Pokémon seem kind of off, but Snotball seems extra unfortunate. It seems like it's suffering no matter what Steve does. It's always wearing at least a scarf to try and make it feel a little better.
